starting the new agent O today. 1st week of pills, 2nd of the powder.... today is arms, tomorrow is back at the abc.. ill post it up in a bit.
Nice ghost. I'm very curious to hear your feedback, esp. on the flavor of the powder.
worked up to 255 on close grip, which was really hard before, i noticed that, with the pills, you HAVE to drink a LOT of water,... or it will dehydrate you very quickly.
pulled something in my back doing ezbar curls with 70 lbs on it..... hurts like a motherfucker. took a darvocet, going to relax for a bit before i go on my motorcycle trip to indiana.

took my caps today with a monster. at the abc i pounded 2 monsters after my O
legs today........some sssgms on the list, and squats, maybe even some leg curls/ext. ... you never really know with me. hahahaha.

about the same actually. the powder kicks in faster than the pills, because the powder doesnt have to be broken down, whereas the pills do.

Nice on that pr! That is one tough day to do deads all day. How did Agent O stack up against a whole workout of big compound movements? Did it help your recovery time in between sets?

it did help with some recovery, although i found that after todays workout i was REALLY drained afterwards.

I know after like a personal best workout ill feel like I want to pass out right at the gym.. I think its definitely a sign of some hard ass work
