In the journey book, there's training and food logs. In the training ones I believe you can record each workout for 2 muscle groups for 4 weeks. While the food log can only be used for a day. Are you suppose to separate pages for the training log or use the same one since there are more slots empty? Wouldn't it be weird to run out of food log pages way before training log ones?
