YOU GOT IT MY BROTHER!! Once I get back from vaporzing some weights in the Cage I will start on it bro. I will incorporate fast food/eating out with it.

Blue collar eating? I didn't know these articles existed! I'm excited to learn now about these "dieting" habits. I have found that working in the oil fields on night shift and working an 8hr job during the day makes it hard as hell to diet properly sometimes. Any suggestions?
