guys im going to use training routine #17 but i still dont understand the reps


5 sets x 25-10 reps

can any buddy explain that to me how many reps in one set?

and what is bw?

3 sets of BW x 15 reps

25-10 means you start at 25 and go down untill the last set is 10 and BW is Body Weight

if the 5th set starts with 25 reps what about the 4th and the 3rd???

5th set is at 10 reps... 1st set is at 25... you increase the weight at the 2nd set and do less reps
