Stats: BM: 95 kg(210 lbs), 193 cm tall.(6'3-6'4)
I have 3 goals;
short-term: I'm gonna have surgery soon, after new-years sometime, and until then I intend to reach my goal since a long time back: cleaning 100 kg, benchpressing 100 kg(100 kg=220 lbs). last test of these 2 was during this week, both failed but were extremely close. These goals have been with me for 2 years now, started at benching 60kg and cleaning 50, my current best is benching 95 kg and cleaning 97,5kg. I'm right at the goal-line but time is growing short.
Middle-term: I've never been really cut. the plan post surgery is to re-build what I lost and then go through a cutting phase until I'm at a low bodyfat. at the moment I'm around 20~. I don't have a fixed number as my goal, but rather a certain look. I expect my bodymass to be around 85 kg when this is done. The idea is to have this done by june or so.
Long term: 100 kg BM, cut'n'shredded until the end of 2013(made a pact with a friend)

Brothers; today is a glorious day for me.
the training since october 2008 have been about powercleaning aswell as benching 100 kg.
Today, 2010-12-06 was suposed to be a resting day, but something got me feeling like today was gonna be a good day, so I went anyway.
I thought I'd give the goals a try since I've been right on sniffing the goalline the past few sessions, and so I did. and somehow from somewhere the strengh was just there, both lifts went easy. just like that. no thinking, no preparation, it just worked.
I am now happier than a teenage boy who just lost his virginity. 2 years and a month! and finally the fat lady sings.
