Ok So I'm starting a cycle of Stak, M-Stak, and Pump. I wanted to make sure I was taking the supplements correctly.

M-Stak @11:00-11:30 AM (Lunch around 12:30)
Stak @ 3PM
Pump @ 3:45PM
Workout @ 4PM

Looking to go from 5'10 190-193 to at least 200-205 this bulk. Hopefully I can keep the calories in my diet up enough to get this done and keep it clean. I normally have 1-2 weight gainer shakes a day, 1 whey post workout, and a casein before bed.

Any tips? Is the timing right?

Your timing is fine, bro. Just be sure to eat big. The weight goals you're trying to reach will all depend upon your diet.

Thanks. I just wanted to check since I noticed some stressing the timing so it's not wasted.
