Well I'm getting back into the power game. I have some unfinished business in the weight yard. I hear the iron mocking me calling me a bitch. I blew my shoulder out back in July, and I have decided to rehab this bitch and come back. Before injury my best raw lifts in competition were a 605 squat, 425 bench, and a 565 dead for a 1595 total at 259.

sunday december 5

floor presses with 100# chain
worked up to 285.

weds december 8

saftey sqaut bar and 100# chain
worked up to 425.

right now thats some week ass shit but I promise to pass my best lifts, and impress my animal brothers

1 hour of kenpo karate lots of conditioning, and drills. Loosens the shoulder and gets the blood flowing. Plus I spend some time with my son. Thanks for the welcome back. Sunday will be max effort bench 4 board. What do you guys think of the universal supps which would you suggest.

I also did kenpo on Teusday, and friday this week. I did 4 2 minute rounds, and 2 1 minute rounds sparring. Getting stronger plus hitting some functional cardio. goal is to compete at a solid 242 versus a light 275 weighing 260.
