I got a really stiff lower back after squats the other day, my next workout, yesterday was military press, no problems. Today was Deadlifts but I spent all morning on the foam roller because I can't bend over well enough to dead lift....
Question: What do I do? do I stay with the same weight next week? Go on tho the next workout (bench)?
Or push everything back?
Please Help!
