Decided to start a journal here. It will basically be a copy and paste from my journal on another site. Today was my first workout after a 2 week break for holidays:
I was pumped to get back into the gym today after taking two weeks off for holidays. I, however, underestimated the effect two weeks of not training and not so steller eating would have on my strength, so I was slightly dissappointed. I decided to take the next week to get back into lifting and eating big. So todays workout was nothing special:

Bench 2x170x10
db shoulder press 50x10,60x10,70x10
cable pushdowns 3x10

45 minute walk

Very quick leg workout, in and out:
Squats 225x8,2x275x8, 315x3
Legg press 2x550x6
Leg curl 3x95x12

Just took it easy, didnt really push anything. But I have come to the conclusion I do not like nautilus equipment :)

Rack chins (6 second negative) x3
cable rows (hold 3 second stratch) x3
reeves deadlifts x3
dumbell curls x3

looking forward to beggining the bosshogg routine next week, body is now able to handlke the heavy eating and lifting

Worked out in the morning with a new training partner, so was lacking in food intake and I think that resulted in my lower numbers, but o well was pretty stoked about the squats
