The can says to take it 30 minutes after your pre-workout meal, and that's how I've been using 'em for years. I was wondering if I would lose anything by taking it in the morning instead. I'm taking M-Stak too now, so having to take all those pills right before a workout is getting kind of old already. I'm just looking to spread things out a little, but I don't want to make anything less effective just for the sake of convenience.
A lot of people take it in the morning (esp. with breakfast) it's fine.
i take it in the mornings on non trainin days with breakfast

i take my cuts in the am..with breakfast..then pak at lunch...pak before training///nitro g before..nitro after///then flex before bed. seems to work well for me.

One pak in the a.m. with breakfast and one in the p.m. with dinner (12 hours apart)

I have taken mine in the morning with breakfast for years. Also taking Pump, and M-Stak, and I agree.. taking them all before a work out can be a bit much. Take the M-Stak about 45 minutes before the workout, and Pump about 20-30 minutes prior. Seems to be working well.

The Pak's got aminos in there, which may be one reason why it's good pre-workout. I think a lot of guys down their Pak in the AM, regardless of when they goona workout.
Any of you taking two Paks a day? In the past, I've cheaped out and took a quality multi in the AM and my Pak late in the day, but it never was religiously 30 min pre-workout. Pak-burps aren't always the best thing if you're balls-to-the-wall lifting...

I took two when I was getting ready for football last summer. Took one with breakfast and one around the 6:00 block with a meal. Had a lot more energy.

i try to take pak as early as possible gotta wash away the nylon green piss rofl
30 minutes after breakfast it’s a good way to go Brotha!!
