If you feel like you put together a solid routine that could help push a fellow bro.. Post it below.


Legs 1/5/11

Leg Extensions 1 Warmup, 15, 12, 10, 10 increasing weight
Lying Leg Curls 1 Warmup, 15, 12, 10, 10 increasing weight

Hack Squats 15, 12, 10, 8 increasing weight
Smith Machine Squats 12, 10, 8, 6 increasing weight
wide stance, deep, and pause

Smith Machine Standing 5 x 20
Calf raises, stand on block
Donkey Calf Raises 5 x 20

You should get a great leg pump from this routine, the controlled smith machine squats really finished my legs off, and it was hard to hit 20 on each set of the calf routine. And if you think its not enough volume, then your just not going heavy enough.
