the football team is maxing out this upcoming monday...
(bench, squats, and clean n press, )
any tips for what to do the days before to help boost my max...also any tips that would help me during the lifts as well...or just any tips in general thanks

keep your body hydrated through the weekend and during the day of the max. when the body is dehydrated i think, dont quote me on this, but 10% of your overall strength is lost. it wouldnt hurt to have a gatorade 30 minutes before the max either, and good luck
I would eat a lot of red meat this weekend. For me this works well. Also like the one of the other poseters mentioned stay hydrated. If you could get some coffee or something with caffeine I would drink some of that, but try to get something with no sugar

get some light warm up reps in to get the blood pumping. i do that then after a good little warm up, just push the fuckin weight up x 1 rep, put more weight on, repeat.

Get in your good carbs to get a natural boost in energy then you won't feel sluggish. Drink plenty of fluids and please warm up bro do not want to miss out on good off season essential techniques with an injury RIGHT bro good luck.
