I just thought that I would enlighten people with some new recipes I've been trying out. I never have protein drinks. I simply mix the protein with a bit of milk until it turns into a pudding consistency. It's much better that way. Here's some good recipes to consider for MRPs.
Fat free plain yogurt, Vanilla protein, ground up oats (in a coffee grinder), frozen mixed berries. I eat this every morning with about 6 egg whites on my high carb days.
Chocolate protein mixed with skippy natural PB mixed with milk to a gooey consistency. I eat this with some lean meat and veggies on my low carb days. I might try throwing in some ground flax. I also take a couple fish oils with this meal.
Strawberry protein and fat-free cottage cheese. Let me start by saying that I hate cottage cheese. For a long time, I just took it like a man and choked it down. Then one night I mixed in some strawberry protein, and I felt like Columbus discovering the new world. I eat this before bed every night.
