I think I am going change things up this year. I am going to do a lot of lifts off boards and use a lot of chains. Lots or reps and a lot of weight. I want to stay busy and make sure everyone sees much more. Give me some feedback.

What would help me get my mid and lockout better? I am doing well getting the heavy weight of my chest but when it gets to lockout it gets real difficult.

Try working off boards. Bench using two ro three boards. Boards are two by fours. Use good form and use a good lift off person.
