Weighted myself/got tested on the DXA today at 167, 5'8, 13% body fat. This is where im starting to get serious. I dont know how or where to get invovled in a bodybuilding show in my area, considering as of today ive decided to take it serious. But im starting a new diet to gain some lbs, then begin cutting as a school project. Im gonna try to update my new improvements throughout as well as diet. This is my tracker, and my fresh start.Im gonna train like im in it for competition untill i find how to get into one. Ill never be out worked.
