Hi bros !

Can you help me with that shit :

Just wanna know about this routine, I'm doing this for 2 months at least...

2 times / week :

STANDING BARBELL CURLS : 1 warm + 3x10 (quite heavy)
STANDING DUMBELL CURLS : 3X10
SEATED BARBELL : 3X10

TRICEPS :
LYING CLOSE GRIP BARBELL PRESS 3X10
STANDING CABLE PUSHDOWNS 3X10
SEATED TRICEPS PUSHDOWNS 3X10

what's wrong ?

Looks fine. I usually do a 3x3 routine like that for arms myself. Why you say its wrong? Or maybe more specificly, why do you think its wrong?

Just a few words - I did guns yesterday, and I DON'T FEEL ANY PAIN AND FEEL NO DISCOMFORT - AS I HAVE WITH LEGS ROUTINE, for instance. However I go TILL THE COMPLETE CONGESTION AT THE GYM...

Another example, when I hit the shrugs - i can feel discomfort during days --- but not arms !

Maybe I have to hit heavier arms ?

Just because you aren't sore the next day doesn't mean you aren't growing. Are you progressing on your arm movements, ie adding weight, or getting more reps in?

I've added some pounds recently on STANDED BARBELL CURLS, but can make ONLY 8 reps (1x8 / 1x6-7 / 1x5)

and FINISHING WITH LIGHTER BARBELL EZ ( superset)

ie : STANDING BARBELL CURLS 96 POUNDS 1X8 + 1X6 + 1X5
immediately after STANDING BARBELL EZ CURL 55 POUNS 1X10

STANDNG DUMBELL CURLS 52 POUNDS IN EACH ARM : 1X 12 + 1X10 + 1X 10
immediately after STANDING DUMBELL CURLS 22 POUNDS IN EACH ARM 1X10

SEATED BARBELL 74 POUNDS 1X8 + 2 NEGATIVE + 1X6 + 3 NEGATIVE + 1 X 5 +3 NEGATIVE
