i gotta great motivational video for you, YOURSELF! and what you accomplished.

The so called pro bodybuilders you talk about, they only care about themselves, and their little world and spoiled food catering and all that other stuff they get, i get no motivation from them at all.

hey not hating the game, i think Ronnie Coleman is one of the greatest people i ever met and trained with so far, its just that the game is so cold blooded that those of who have been in it and been around it, KNOW WHAT I"M TALKING ABOUT!

just DO YOU man, that's what really counts in the end of the day, that's how you get results.

LOL I don't need movies or videos to motivate me. Just wanting to see what everyone watches. Also just buying bodybuilding/powerlifting/strongman related movies to add to my collection. Nothing I need to watch to stay focused....some have action flick collecting, others have comedies....I am pieicing together my own collection. Thanks for the YouTube recommendations.

I look to no one for my own motivation except my God, my kids, and my soon to be wife.

Hey Big man, sometimes I toss in Troy and skip to the fight scenes, the matrix (lobby fight scene), believe it or not I watched The Worlds Fastest Indian the other day and its a pretty inspirational movie. The Condemned is pretty good for straight up action......of course Rocky (part one) as well as Balboa. Then of course there is the movie Friday Night Lights (not that crappy tv show) haha I've even been motivated before by Tombstone. Walking Tall, The Gridiron Gang, 8 Seconds, A Man Apart and The Longest Yard and of course T2!

A few years back I had a collection of about 20 vids using clips from various Bodybuilding sources (Pumping Iron, Ronnie and Dorian videos, etc.) with rock and rap music going on in the back ground on a YouTube playlist. I would have it start from different videos before every workout and it was great... but eventually every single video disappeared for whatever reason... I'll see if I can dig some up.

I still get pumped from Pumping Iron, Blood and Guts, and Ronnie Coleman's actual workout videos though.

Dana broke her back several years ago. She then had a freak accident two years ago where her left foot was nearly detached attempts were made to reattach her foot, but she ultimately ended up going septic and her left leg had to be amputated below the knee to save her life. She had to have another back surgery this last winter AND she's a cancer survivor.
