i have been lifting for about 3 years but recently ( a few months ago) just started a good diet (bulking) and stopped lifing like one of those douchebags at the gym that do arms and pecs everyday.
i was never commited until recently. got sick of looking like a highschooler 18 months ago i weighed in at 135 now at 185 largely thanks to you guys been a long time reader, new member, so feel free to correct me with problems in my plan or diet

Didn't do shit yesterday because of superbowl.terrible excuse. Finished off some arm thing I read in flex last month actually managed to put half an inch on my arms in under a month. Tommorow switching it up with training routine 3. Pretty stoked for it. Later

but today i was doing pullups for back day, the bar broke busted my knees and face slammed into a metal bar giving me a black eye, sucked but pissed me off enough to finish out my workout strong

got a chance to try the new shock therapy flavor today
just did cardio and abs

but i prefer the taste over the other flavors of shock
i also forgot how long shock lasted
and energy is more balanced since i got used to the balls to the wall style of rage
ill stick with rage as a staple because the focus factor is lacking with shock
great product but gonna need some improvement if it can compete in the same market as rage

did 30 jump rope and 30 on staionary bike
and 30 mins of abb work

other products may make you shakey and have bad comedowns and focus on the energy side of things
where rage you get the immediate energy, takes about 5 mins on me, and is more of a focused energy i take and anin i focus on one thing. moving weight. it lasts forever gives me time and recovery to do accessory work and usually gives me a push to do abbs or calves its unbeatable on the pre workout market, give it a try and if your let down i will personaly buy you a pre workout of your choice

back on rage today, kicked in way harder than usual didnt wanna stop lifting.
pushed through chest and tris
still having a bit of shoulder pain on heavy presses, gonna fight through it and see if it goes away.

now training forearms 3 times a week( rotating with calves) till they start getting to sore. people say they get enough work on arm day and deadlifting and heavy pulls during the week you shouldnt need to train them but fuck their growing so ill stick with it till that stops.

abs- fuck abs- but approaching on summer i push through them 4 times a week

yeah that sounds like it may be better than two scoops of rage
it made me jittery and gave me a pretty bad comedown and all the caffeine made me paranoid wont be doing that again
ill try the shock and rage combo tomorrow

I still havent made my supp order yet (for the rage), but tried that shock from the ABC. Im not gonna lie, it tasted like shit, but man I had a great workout. I had to double down thursday and fridays workouts because I have been moving the last couple of days, and it was a great session. Shoulders and arms and ran 1.98 on the treadmill in 16 mins and felt like I could go for another round. Provides some pretty good pumps. Still stoked to order up some rage, and hopefully the flavor is a little better...

The taste of rage is somewhat like that, but more bitter. It's a smaller drink though. Your not going to enjoy the taste of it I bet but think of it as taking your medicine lol.

im a storm fan, cheap price and 80 servings.
smells like childrens robatussin but taste is pretty good.
but added it in when i started taking a whole bunch of other stuff so i couldnt say the results

-end of cut i got down to about 8% at 170 now im not sure where im at % wise but bwt 210
- current stack is test, real gains, pak, rage, uni liver, nitro, omega, torrent
- i herniated a disc in my lower back which makes lifting difficult most the time
- diet right now is about 300,300,175
- cardio is all swimming
ill try and update this more often i also have a test log going right now that gets updated more often
