Haven't heard much other than The Cage is rocking... In fact, I was told as soon as the doors to the Expo opened, there was a line formed outside The Cage some 50+ deep, waiting for their free, limited-edition t-shirts... Also, Friday's lifting contests and free seminars were filling up mighty quick... Anyone else hear anything?
Oh how I wish I could be there. Are you guys going to put some pictures of this years cage on the forum?

Either in The Forvm or Animalpak.com...
Maybe we can collect photos from the members here who attended and put 'em up...
In the years past, in addition to the photos, we also had articles from guys like G Diesel and Sgt. Rock... Stay tuned.
I'll be heading down to the Arnold tomorrow so I'll definitely be stopping. Can't wait....

Great day! The energy from the cage is awesome. The Animal experience comes alive. I didn't get a chance to bust Vinny's balls today but I will get him tomorrow.

Spent Friday at the Expo.. and as always.. THE CAGE WAS AWESOME!
Total energy, its the best of the forum and the website come alive. Meeting and talking to the guys again was great, the lifting shows were motivating, and the seminars were very informative. The free samples, posters, and the t-shirt giveaway was cool also.
If you have the means or ability to get there .... GO! I look forward to it every year. My kitchen table is FULL of free t-shirts, sample packs of protein, fat burners, NO products, protein bars, autographed pics, and handfull of DVDs. $10 gets you through the door, a years worth of training gets you strong enough to carry all the bags back to the car.

when i click them it wont let me see them and it says i have to be logged in yet theres no place to join....maybe you should photobook them so everyone has a shot to see them....Thanks
Spent most of Saturday and Sunday at the Arnold and well, as a rookie to the expo I was truly amazed by how amazing The Cage was. Most of my time was simply spent standing and staring at the guys/gals in and around The Cage.
Mad props to everyone who spoke or gave demonstrations. Cant wait for next year already!

I had to join too, and it was a pretty quick sign up. Worth it, IMO
