Bryan.. you cease to amaze me.. the only bitch I have about dudes vids is that they're wayyyy
too short *smirk*.. seriously though, one of the best series i've seen.. no fluff, no bullshyt, just
tells it how it is.. The part that really has me re-thinking is where he says that squats aren't an
up and down movement, but rather an in and out movement..............damn!... there's 23 years
of a training concept shot to hell.....good stuff!

I've never been taught to keep my knees out. I always thought you were suppose to keep knee's straight under you with your leg. Why bow your knee's slightly out?
