Did bench today and the last few weeks I have been doing bodyweight for reps just in case J-Dawg calls me out at The Cage lol. Last week I did 190 (my bodyweight) for 23 reps. I raised the stakes today and went for 205 and got 21.
I was focused, pumped and still have a ton of energy after training. This stuff is for real.

Thanks for the update NG. I hate to hear when a product claims to to "do this , or do that...." I like real world results like the ones you just posted. Looks like the Cage will be more "wired" than usual this year, haha.

First off, I still had energy yesterday 3 hours after taking my serving of Rage, this stuff lasts.
Today was my 2nd workout, I did a bodybuilding style arm workout. The focus on Rage is my favorite part, you just feel mentally locked in and "in the zone", lots of energy today also.
Standing db curls - 4 sets 8-12 reps
One arm preacher curls - 3 sets 12 reps
Standing barbell curls - 3 sets 10-12 reps
Tricep rope extensions - 4 sets 12 reps
Lying dumbell extensions - 3 sets 8-12 reps
Dips - 4 sets 15 reps

In Columbus for the Arnold, I just had a great shoulder workout, lots of energy after a long day and the focus is still strong.

Subbed, I am feeling the "sustained" energy myself. I think I'm going to take it when I leave for the gym rather than when I get there next time to get the most use out of it. It kicks in fast but it hits 5th gear after about a half hour, at least in my case this first time.

Back from the Arnold and I am tired but I had to train, project 240 in effect.
Tired as I was I hit up some Rage and went to work, I am going back on a regular powerlifting type training:
Military presses:

Lat pulldowns: 3 sets x 12 reps
Rope face pulls: 3 sets x 12 reps
Lying dumbell rollovers: 3 sets 10 reps

I am tired and beat up this week from the Arnold but Rage is saving the day, it really gets me going and most importantly gets me mentally focused. Also I am surprised at how long the energy lasts, I feel like I can keep going.
Deads:
5 sets worked up to 315, nothing crazy
Rack deads: 3 sets x 5 reps
Good mornings: 3 sets x 5 reps
Abs

G has a saying "some days you eat the bear and some days the bear eats you". Today was one of those days. Mentally I was ready to tear it up but things didn't feel right physically. I don't want to make excuses, just wasn't a good day but I'll put it past me and be ready for the next workout.

405 x 2, didn't feel right so I put it down, 30 seconds later went back and did 1 and didn't feel good so I stopped

I recommend Chinese Buffet, the day before... But... Seriously... You still got in, and got what ya could... You'll get it next time...
That Ben & Jerry's is sick! We just get 'cookie dough', 'caramel choo choo' and 'phish food' here. You guys get it all. Remember going to a Wal Mart when i came to the '08 Arnold and could not believe all the flavours of different shit you had, like all the different oreo's. We've only just started getting the choc cream ones, to make it 2 flav's available. :(
The body is a weird temple huh. How one week, on zero rest, a long day at work, low carbs you can pull 3 pr's in a row, then the next week, after a 10 hour sleep, 3 big carb/protein laden feasts and in the zone, you cant pull the 1st pr from the previous week. Nuts.

Bench time, I am going to be concentrating on working with a full pause, that was a weakness of mine at the meet and it won't be again.

Full pause at the bottom just like in a powerlifting meet but you do need to control it at the top so I am working on that also.

Even though I am on a "powerlifting" 5-3-1 routine I still want a great physique so on Saturdays I will be working side & rear delts and biceps directly. My delts are my weakest bodypart both in terms of strength and size and who couldn't use bigger biceps?
Saturday:
Side lateral machine raises: 4 sets 10-12 reps
Standing dumbell side laterals: 3 sets 8-10 reps
Seated bent laterals: 4 sets 8-12 reps
Standing alternate dumbell curls: 4 sets 6-10 reps
Nautilus Nitro one arm machine curls: 3 sets 10-12 reps
Standing dumbell hammer curls: 3 sets 6-8 reps
20 minutes cardio on recumbent bike
Sunday:
Squat day, I was on little sleep so I really needed Animal Rage today and it came through. My head wasn't in the game on the way to the gym but the focus was there when Rage kicked in.

I am really liking my new Inzer lever belt, I am having a little trouble getting used to it on deadlifts (digs into my ribs) but on military presses and squats it feels great and I love the lever, makes it much easier to tighten and pop off when the set is over.

My weakest exercise is military press but I am making some gains with it, slowly but steadily.
Today was military presses at the U w/J-Dawg
Standing military press:
135 x 3
150 x 3
170 x 8 (had to get 3 minimum)
Lat pulldowns: 4 sets 10-12 reps
Standing rope face pulls: 3 sets 15-20 reps
Lying dumbell rollovers: 3 sets 8-10 reps
Lying incline Y-flyes for rotator cuff: 3 sets 12 reps
The 170 for 8 is a pr for reps at that weight I think, I have to go back and look but I am definitely getting stronger on this.
No... Because Project 240 would've changed to 340... *LOL*
a scoop or two of ultra iso whey would make it healthier right?

Things got a little more exciting here at the U gym today with the arrival of a new Texas power bar. It feels much better than a standard Olympic bar, the knurling is better, it has better flex to it and just feels solid.
I had a much better deadlift workout than last week although I am still having a problem with my new belt. It digs into my ribs and my hip at the same time during deads. For one rep it's not bad but when doing multiple reps it's really uncomfortable.
Deads:
335 x 3
385 x 3
405 x 3
Rack deads:
3 sets x 5 reps

It actually looks very much like any Olympic bar but the it can handle more weight, has better knurling (which really helps with grip) and has better flex than standard bars
