Just got the amazing news that I will be among the first to get Rage. I sent my email in requesting to try the powder. From what I have read and heard from the testers of the product, this stuff is simply amazing. I can't wait to feel the Energy, Focus, Intensity, and Insanity. Thanks again to J-Dawg and Corporate for picking to win the promo.

This workout was on Friday at Metro Fitness with the Animal Crew. This was also my first workout on RAGE, and I killed it. It felt like I had adrenaline running through my veins for the entire workout. No Crash, no let down at all. I took it about 25 min before I started my workout and by the time my 10 min warm-up was over I was sweating like crazy and ready to kill some weights. My favorite part about it was that I was so focused on each rep, I couldn't think of anything else. GREAT STUFF!!!

National ABC and Train with an Animal
Saturday night at the National ABC I had the honor of training with Wycked. Words can not express the amount that I learned in the workout session. It was just craziness in Metro Fitness but me and Mike worked our way through a brutal bi's and tri's workout. He really helped me with the little things about my work to really work the muscle at a level I have never felt before. Within the first 10 minutes of the workout and with the help of Rage, i was dripping sweat and pushing myself harder than I have before. I don't exactly remember all the weights becuase with his help with my form, the weightswere fluctuating more than usual, but here is a general outline of the workout we went through:
EZ bar Curls
Preacher Machine
DB curls
Cable Curls (learned a new way of doing cable curls)
Rope pushdowns
Cable Pushdowns
HS Dip Machine

Done....arms spent!!

Did a chest workout yesterday, took my Rage about 20 min before my workout, for some reason it took a little longer to kick in. It wasn't an immediate rush like on the first couple days. But once it kicked in I felt a good sustained energy and focus throughout the workout. No let down at all.

I was in full on RAGE mood though the workout. I was sweating like crazy but just kept pushing and had one of the best arm workouts that I've had ina while. My and my bro were pushing each other to make sure we left no rep in the gym. Great Workout!!

The Rage I took was awesome yesterday, I was moving from lift to lift and rep to rep just focused as hell. It was like I was the only one in the gym, nothing else mattered except the weights.

Thats a great feeling isn't it. Do you feel like you get a more intense workout in less time when you take rage?

Well the current workout plan i am running is using 30sec rest periods. But I feel like I can crush through it greater intensity. I feel like after i finish each set, i can't wait to start the next.

Have you had the "Rage Guilt" yet? When no matter how hard you crushed your session, you've got enough left in the tank to do it again and feel like you're wasting the Rage if you don't just keep going?!?!?! I had that happen on shoulder day and ended up running through my routine twice!! I was so F**ING sore the next day...

Oh yeah I've definetly had that. Especially with 30sec rest periods, i fly through my workouts

Saturday workout up at the Iron Asylum for the Cleveland ABC
I worked with Little Z on my bench form and used his slingshot for the first time. I went with his recommendation of using the BossHogg Routine. Here is what I did

Bench - 135x10(warmup) 225x8(warmup), 275x8(slingshot), 315x5(slingshot), 365x3(slingshot) PR
Previous to this my best was 315x2, I felt strong as hell, I know the combination of the new bench form, slingshot, and healthy serving of Rage helped, but it felt fucking fantastic.

Military - 135x8(warmup) 155x8(warmup), 185x6, 185x5, 185x4, 185x4

Closegrip Bench - 135x8(warmup), 185x8(warmup), 225x6, 225x5, 225x4, 225x3

It was a great workout and once again the Animal brotherhood came my aid and really helped out with my bench form. Thanks Z. I was using way to much shoulder. It is an amazing difference now.

I am taking this week to see where I am at with regards to the major 3 lifts and OHP. So I downed some Rage and set out to the Iron Asylum to see where my DL's were at.

Deadlifts - 225x6, 315x6, 375x4, 405x2, 455x1, 495x0 (near miss, I have developed at hitch at the mid-thigh level, gotta work on that, and my grip gave out during the hitch, no straps or chalk)

Closegrip Pulldowns - 160x8, 170x8, 180x8

HS Row - 225x8, 225x8, 225x8

Chest Supported T-Bar - 135x10, 135x10, 135x10

30min Eliptical

Abs

Squats - 225 x 6, 275 x 6, 315 x 4, 365 x 4, 405 x2, 455 x 1, 495 x 1, 545 x 0 ( for the last rep I got down and up, but I just felt like I didn't really get low enough to count it as a rep)

Leg Extension 3 sets of 8

Leg Curl (lying) - 3 sets of 8

Standing Leg Curl - 3 sets of 8

Seated Calves 3 sets of 20

Standing Calves 3 sets of 20

I was definetly in the zone for thi sleg day I mixed the Rage and Pumo together and tore it up in the gym. I know some take out the red pill, but I know my body enough to know that I can handle both supplements with the red pill left in.
