Yes and yes....Past two years I have been plagued with injury after injury and haven't stepped foot on stage since '08. But Rage has been working with me to get me ready and adding Rage into my supps will be an added bonus. Looking to make it top of heavy or just making it in super heavy open class.....we'll see.

Ok, Rage finally came in and it was time to play today and I'm putting it to use with my prep for the Europa in August.....
After an exhausting weekend at the Arnold, a 6 hour flight home yesterday and then up all night cramming for a mid-term exam....I got home from school and training clients, downed my 8oz of Rage and headed off to the gym to kill legs on only 2.5 hours of sleep. Needless to say, if it wasn't for Rage I wouldn't have made it....
All cylinders were firing as I got it done...seemed to get stronger and more alert as my workout progressed, when finished I felt like I could keep going, only stopping because it was time to pick up the kids from school....

Rage is definately a huge kick in the ass to power you through your workouts. Leg day will never be the same!

Another restless night and busy ass day!!! Luckily a scoop of Rage helped me push through a crazy chest workout, killer pump and again only reason /i stopped was I had to go get the kids.
Shoulders today....again Rage to the rescue, fired me up and hit some higher weight than normal on my shoulder presses and upright rows....

Not quite as bad. Been icing it after and heating pad prior to training. Also bought an elbow sleeve that has an attached ban that applies pressure across the bicep tendon which seems to relieve a lot of the pain....we will see.
