Being like a little kid, on Christmas day... And, feeling extremely "groggy", this morning... I could not resist opening my tub, and getting a little bit of energy and focus... First impression, right off the bat, was the flavor... It tastes better than the 2 versions I tested previously...!!! Definitely looking forward to hittin' the gym, this evening...!!!

Deadlifts (warm-up, then 6 sets of 8 heavy reps) 1 plate and a 35, per side...
High Pulls (4 sets of 8 reps) 150
Wide grip Chin-ups (4 sets of 8 reps) 130
Narrow grip Chin-ups (4 sets of 8 reps)
“Run the Rack of Dumbbells” shrug circuit (start at a heavy weight that you can handle & shrug for 10 reps minimum, then go down to the next lightest DB and rep out to failure. Go to next lightest DB & repeat down to 15 lbs) Got my cardio in, on this one... 100-15...

Felt really good, plenty of clean energy and focus... However... I need to pick up a can of Pump, as I did not get the Pump, that I'm used to, with Shock Therapy...

Deadlifts 2 x10 at 2 plates per side
Dumbbell Rows 2 x 8 + 6 at 85
Reverse Pec Deck 2 x 8 + 6 at 100
DB Shrugs 2 x 15 at 90

Calves:
Horizontal Calf 2 x 8 + 6 at 630
Seated Calf 2 x 8 + 6 at 2 pps

Shrugs and Deadlifts were done normal, the rest was solo HRT...

30 minutes on the Step-Mill... And 15 minutes posing practice...

In the evening, I went to the 2011 NPC Emerald Cup... Caught up with Higa Monster and Seath242... Talked with Steve Kuclo and Stan Efferding... And, got a pic with Hidetada Yamagishi... Higa brought me back one of those sweet red and white iconic T-shirts, from the Cage... Had a great time... It was a late night, and actually took some Rage, beforehand, to keep me alert, on my drive home... *LOL*

What a day... 30 minutes on the bike... 2 hours of "Doggio"... We took Igor and Mozart to their 1st Easter Egg Hunt... (I took some Rage, beforehand... *LOL*) Igor was pulling like a mule, the whole time we were there... He found 5 eggs and Mozart found 9... I attribute it to Igor's ADD... *LOL* Then the boys got baths, afterwards, which is an Olympic event, by itself... Got the taxes done, and crashed...

I've been having some weird issues with creatine, lately... So, I've been taken off all creatine, for now... I can say, that my scrub tops are getting tight, in the shoulders and arms... *LOL*

Well... (A very deep subject...)

I was all set and primed to blast my legs... And... A not so funny thing happened on my way into the gym... I'm guessin' swimsuit training has begun... As I was entering the gym, 8 guys come out, and say, "Don't bother... There's lines for everything, including lockers..." Sure enough... They were right... So... I took my butt home, and did my normal Wednesday stuff...

30 minutes on the bike... And, 15 minutes of posing...

Tonight legs will be done... Even if I have to go to another gym... I gots work to do...!!!
