Back and bis first work, and it was killer love this stuff. Tons of energy, i even caught myself doing rep numbers i normally won't not do.

1. Taste - 9/10 i acutally like the taste but i tend to like strong tangy favors.

2. Effectiveness - 9/10 energy and focused last a while and i mean a few hours actually, i was at home and still feeling eh affects.

3. Mixablilty - 8/10 would not fully dissolve but downed the 1st 4oz refilled it and finished off the rest. No residue left in my cup after 2nd downing.

4. Overall - 9/10 i think Animal just made the best pre workout. it doesnt have 1,3 in it and there is also no crash at the end of it, you just smoothly go off. This will be something that i keep around and even more so during a cut cycle.

Another scoop last night, for tri and chest. Hell that was intense. My tris and chest were on fire.

press downs 5x12
reverse press downs 5x10
DB Incline press 4x10
DB Bench 4x10
skull crushers 4x10
cable cross overs 4x8


Tri's and chest were burning, plus 25 mins HIIT cardio.
