so here is the deal i am 21 5'8 i currently weigh 175
my goal it to get around 195 cut

i just finished my first 3 week cycle on
Pak and Stak
i gained about 6 pounds

i was thinking of stacking
M-Stak , Pak , Nitro, Omega and PM for the next 3 weeks

then
Stak , Test , Pak , Nitro , Omega , PM

what do you guys think? is there big gains in these stacks? what would you recommend ?

Sounds like an awesome stack brother. Definitely going to put on some solid size with this stack. Make sure you time them out well. I would do
Pak: 1 pack in the morning
Omega: 1 pack in the morning
Stak: 1 hour minutes prior to training
Test: 30 minutes preworkout
Nitro: 2 packs postworkout
PM: 45minutes before bed (relatively empty stomach)

Let me know how the stack works out? In for this one!

ya man...there are big gains in those stacks...as long as you eat enough...drink enough...and lift heavy...the supps will only take you so far...you gotta put the work in ....and outside of the gym

well as for Rage. IT will be in there soon. i want to try it.

but yea im usually in the gym 2-3 hours a day. i eat all the right stuff, shakes etc and get alot of rest.

only thing im wondering about.
i here that at my age i may not need to take Test
what are your guys feelings on that.

negative on the test,dont wanna mess with your test that should be already at peak level thats the only one i would say no on
i would even say stak was fine, need it? no.. see improvement from it? yeah

You are still young bro, at 21 your body is still growning. Let your diet and trainign be your guide. With those in place, then all of the supps should come into the mix. Too many people now a days are looking for the quick fix. It takes many years of blood, sweat, and tears to ascertain the perfect physique. I'd go with:

Pak
Omega
Nitro
Stak (this would be the strongest thing Id go with for now)
