Just started my HRT today. I couldn't do the 80% of 1RM so i decided to go down to 65%. Here is my routine for today.

Chest and Shoulders
Decline Smith press 2 x 8+4
Flat Smith press 2 x 8+4
Incline SMith Press 2 x 8+4
Flat dumbbell flyes 2 x 8+4
Seated smith press 2 x 8+4
Seated Side Laterals 2 x 8+4
Barbell Shrugs 2 x 8+4
Rear Shrugs 2 x 8+4
Dumbbell pullovers 2 x 8+4

Chased that workout with 1 serv torrent and 1 serv whey iso combined.

I got a partner that is running it with me. Today is legs for me. I jsut had my breakfast (Grave shift worker) steak and eggs. I forgot how amazing steak is after that long cut.

Leg Press
Leg EXT
Hack Squat (might substitute)
Stiff legged Deadlift
Standing leg curl
Seated calf raise
Reverse calf raise

Couldnt do hack squats because the base gym doesnt have the right equipment so sub'd that for lunges with the smith machine.

Did bis and tris today
Closegrip bench
weighted dips
skulll crusher
standing db curl
db preacher curl
reverse curl
wrist curls
My arms are going to be fried tomorrow.

Generally, it's not recommended to do squats or deads with this method... But, lookin' great, so far...!!!

Lat pull down 2 x 8+4
bentover side DB laterals 2 x 8+4
DB row 2 x 8+4
Calf ext 2 x 8+4
Calf raise 2 x 8+4
