Figured i would start this now. My Rage is enroute so hopefully by tonight i can test it out for legs. Also got a can of pump comin with it, but i just wanna keep it simple and try the Rage first to see what all you guys have been bragging about.

I'm in. I've been stacking Rage and Pump for almost a month now. I love it bro! Perfect combo, if you decide to stack the two I would just remove the red pill from Pump when stacking the two products.

Yeah i am waiting to see what goes on. Like i said i wanna give the Rage a straight go before i add the pump to the mix, and as far as the red cap goes, well there are days i know ill be tossin it in.

So i did the power shot of Rage( 4oz water+1 scoop, swirl and swallow). figured i would wait and see how long it took to kick in, while gettin my shorts on i was listenin to some music ,slipknot came on, i started head bangin in my closet and my ears started tingling, knew the shit was workin. Time was approx 20 minutes after ingestion

Got to the gym, quick warm up leg extensions followed by box squats. Some guys go ass to ankles, me personally, never been a fan which is why i go off the box.

Monday will be the next time i run Rage, i start training with my buddy who wants to put on size but i think ill be running pump with the Rage, because my pride is not gonna let me be beat by my buddy.

So tonight was the 2nd run with Rage plus i tossed in Pump(-red) Cuz im sure all you monsters out there can back me up, nothin feels better than being pumped to the max. Took pump 40min pre, 4oz power shot of Rage 25min pre.

Overall, had a steady energy throughout, hit 2 PRs, and had alot of people givin me funny looks as soon as i stepped in the door. You take Rage you get so dialed in its mind blowing.

Also if U Rep reads this, I have been recruiting, hooked 4 of my buddies up with 1 scoop of rage, and now they cant wait to get their hands on more of it. They all said the initial tingle was kinda irritating but they said the same thing in the end, steady energy and an awesome workout.

Great workout there. Like I said pump+rage= massive win. The looks from the 'regular' gym members are funny huh? Guy told me the other day 'im getting tired of this shit' and ' im just going through the motions'

So for whatever reason, Rage really kicked in hard today. I got off work a little later than normal, so i just did my power shot of Rage + pump(-redcap) , all this at 4pm, i got to the gym @430 and i felt it all just set right in, did a few warm up sets and by this point i could feel everything was in full swing. Talked to a buddy of mine and he asked if i ws alright, apparently i looked like i was ready to start bouncing off the walls.

Took pump @ 345, took Rage@400pm, gym at 430, it was all good and kicked in by then. didnt hit as hard as yesterday but still noticed it for sure. Warmed up rotators and did some standing arnold presses for a warmup

So Rage didnt set in today. I took pump 45min before training, then rage 30 minutes before heading to the gym. Felt the usual tingle, but for some reason it wasnt as intense as it was the rest of the week. Nothing changed throughout my usual day so i can not explain why it didnt kick in.

So was just a write off for the gym, had to work til 630 and by the time i got done i was so volatile i dont think the gym would have been an apropriate setting for me. But i made up for it today

Got up after a 12 hour sleep fest( which is unusual for me), was feelin groggy and a bit dazed, so i figured i would test rage to see how it would perform under these conditions.

Popped a pack of pump@945, Rage power shot at 10, 1015, oatmeal bar plus a whey shake , cuz after 12 hours of sleep i knew energy would be very low.

@the gym by 1030. quick warm up

Squats

Lunges ss 2 leg curl

Did about 5 sets for calfs, no matter what weight i put on i just went to failure each time

went on to do some core, and i worked every part of it too, and to finish off once everything was just spent i decided that the plank was the best way to really finish it off, got it for a solid 2 minutes, man did that burn the whole time.

Didnt use rage today. Took some superpump to see how i would feel after a heavy chest day off of rage/pump. Lemme just say, you notice when youre not on Rage. Lacked a bit of focus and intensity.

So all tolled the workout was good and its a literal pain in the ass to walk up stairs and to sit down and get up, Fuckin love this stuff.

Gonna mix it up. I decided to stop using Rage/Pump for this week and go back to superpump for the week. I Have noticed that the last few times i took Rage it didnt quite kick in as strong as the first few times. So I shall take a week off from it and resume Next Monday to see if it kicks in harder or whatnot.

So , ever have one of those days where nothin seems to come together? Yeah, today was it. wanted to experiment with Rage to see how it would get me through the first actual run of the season, woke up late , didnt get the chance to try it. The day dragged on and on, figured i would do my normal day and my usual Pump/Rage and then hit the gym. Took Pump @ 345 pm as always, this time with the red cap. While waiting til 4 to take my Rage shot, i actually passed out upright in the friggen chair. I awoke @530, confused as to what happened. Figured gym was shot may as well just eat. about 7ish i figured fuck it, take my Rage and head down for 730, heres what happened

Leg extensions

4 plats per side, got to rep 5, lower back didnt feel right so i shut it down quick

even now , I am not feeling Rage, maybe i am more burnt out than i thought.

Thats all that was runnin through my head today when the alarm went off. Got a shit nights sleep but i knew today i was starting a new day and starting cuts and stak as well.

So while this is my Rage log I will also be taking Cuts and Stak as well. Tryin to get rid of the excess i packed on over the winter. The next few weeks are gonna suck as far as diet and cardio go but thats part of the game brothers.

So I started Cuts and Stak today to go along with my Rage/Pump arsenal. So heres how she went
Cuts@ 0645 and 1130. To say i frequented the bathroom would be an understatement. I felt like a friggen 80 y/o with a prostate the size of a basketball. So i will just take out the blue pills( diuretics) for now until i come off the ol' creatine.

345pm- downed Pump and Stak all at once, figured why the hell not.
405 pm- did the ol powershot of rage, everything hit me real good today. Felt really aggressive today as well

So far the Rage/Pump/Stak/Cuts Stack is workin out pretty well for day 1, see if the rest of the week goes as good or if energy levels become an issue.

Thanks Dead. The thing about my gym is its a Military gym but civilians are allowed membership. So guess who was there tonight, me and maybe 1 or 2 other army guys. If the usual crew was there i wouldnt have worried as much.

Alright, so i got up today took my cuts and hit the ol bike for 30mins. how some stuff to do and well now this is where it gets tricky. Im used to takin Stak/Pump/Rage between 330-4 , but today with all that was goin on my mind is an utter friggen jumble. So i ended up taking Rage/Stak/Cuts all in the one shot, so, if i kick the bucket all my left over animal supplements go to Mr.Dead.

Ill post the results when i get back from legs. Hopin this turns out alright.

Didnt know what to expect tonight for back. Had a miserable, and i mean friggen miserable nights sleep , topping it off with the current diet, just felt depleted, but once again, with the help of Rage( little over a scoop) i prevailed.

When it comes down to adrenal fatigue / staying healthy....everyone is a human. We are all the same in many ways. Having that mindset is crucial for staying healthy.

And lookin solid in your workouts bro! I never tried Stak yet, is it good stuff? Its a 3 week cycle too right?

True dat, and thats why after i get done the cycle of Cuts/Stak on the 8th im taking a week off entirely. I know some of my buddies are fuckin junkies year round, ya needs a few weeks off here and there.

And Stak is a solid product. Im running Cuts to drop some weight and taking Stak to preserve the lean muscle, and it is workin out real good so far. I would highly recommend it.

Nah man i don't run MStak during my bulk, however, i have been reading a few other articles of people going the 42 day Test cycle, and also running either Stak or MStak as well, thinking my next bulk cycle will include this. Just thinkin 42 days of Test+Stak followed by a 21 day MStak cycle, pretty sure it would be mind blowing.

Tried something a little different for calves tonight and you can give it a go if ya see fit. Pick a good song, something in the 4-5 minute range, go 30 seconds , rest 30 seconds, by the time the song was done my poor ol twigs were burnin, even with just 90lbs.


Havent done squats for 2 weeks roughly and i can already feel the pain setting in and i couldnt be happier.

Yeah I was impressed how good the job got done. I was taking minimal break time and just trying to fry my legs. I think next week Im gonna do my normal routine except lighter weights and just go for failure on everything. May as well go for broke since i am taking the following week off.

hit the field house to do sprints. Sprint on the straight aways and walk the corners

Overall i gotta say, for a guy that doesnt sprint , I actually had little issues doing so today, especially after doing legs first thing this morning. Felt a little more focus and energy on both the sprints and on the bike. Might try a full dose for morning cardio tomorrow see how it all works out.

Yeah man there are days where I go in with a purpose and hit it all proper and tear down every fiber. Other days like the past week i just wanna work on the endurance and speed. But on that note there are days i dont even have the drive to go but i know that if i dont ill hate myself the next day, speed workouts get you in and out and even though youre not pushin the big weights it just feels good.

As far as the cardio bunnies go, they have been lacking lately in my gym, the semester for the military college is over and they have dispersed, ah well, theres always next year.

Yeah bro, I've definitely lucked out lately with promos and such. It's cool that I can tell people that I am only one of 45 people in the world chosen to test the new flavors. I honestly dont think after that i could even fit another drop of blood in the muscles, just steady pace the whole way, in and out before anyone knew i was there.

Nice arnm crushing brother. If you wanna see if you've got the "Complete Pump" when no more blood will go into the muscle, see if you can grab the skin on your arm with a pair of plyers. That's how I check to see if my arm session is done or not! Seriously.

Yeah man it was pretty fast and furious , good pump and didnt crash . Still cant wait to get back on a decent bulk cycle.

When I was cutting in April I felt like I was wasting my workouts. I hate knowing that when I train I'll just be "maintaining" my mass. Plus bulk cycles are just fun... lol

I felt the same some days, but cutting is a neccessary evil. Rage helps ya through it though. The next bulk though i will be relying pretty heavy on supps. Ill be startin up a new journey within the next week and youll see why.

Another leg day made easier due to rage

Leg press SS Extensions
270x20 ss 125x12 for 3 sets

1 Leg curl SS seated calf raises
80x20 ss 135x15 for 3 sets

Now it dont look like much but between each set i was doin either abs, obliques, or lower back. Very minimal breaks and after the final SS of presses and extensions as soon as i stood up i almost fell over, I could actually hear my quads call me an asshole.

Im takin a break for a few days maybe a week then another bulk cycle is in the works. Not sure if i will use Rage off the get go or wait til mid bulk to add it to the arsenal. Either way it will be used somewhere along the line. Got some goals and ideas in mind and I am pretty sure Rage will get me to where i wanna be.
