any1 here an mma fighter, if so post ur training im interested to kno how u guys train
I just started this stuff about a year ago, but I am about three times a week Kickboxing (not at the moment though, got a lot to do in school and I want to gain some weight as well), and about 2 times at wrestling/grappling.
Kickboxing
Worm-up
-In the kickboxing classes we start of with a fuckin' brutal worm up... Okay here is what you do: Start running on the spot, for about 30 sec, make occasional punches, then drop to the floor and do sit-ups for 30 seconds every time you come up 2 punches (hocks, or straight what ever you want... ohh don't forget to breath out on every punch you make), now turn over and do push ups for 30 seconds, then get up on your feet an squat and front kick for 30 seconds, now start punching forward for 30 seconds (everything: hooks, straight, uppercuts), now start running on the spot again for 30 seconds and for the last 10 seconds of the 30 run as fast as you can, take a 60 second break and repeat 3 more times but change the front kicks to knee's, then to sidekicks, and then to roundhouse kicks.
-If you are still standing go over into shadow boxing first 2 minutes just hands (hooks, straights, uppercuts), take a minute break and start shadow boxing again for 2 minutes this time just feet (front kick, sidekick, roundhouse, knee's...), take a minute break and start your last 2 minutes of shadow boxing this time feet and hands.
-Stretch
-After we’re done our warm-up we get a partner and do combination drills with our hands and feet. After we have done some drills we usually spar for about 30 minutes. (The whole work out takes about an hour to an hour and a half).
-We're done
Grappling
Worm-up
-Well the warm-up is basically the same but instead of the punching and the kneeing we do sprawling (take down defence) and more situps, and we don't do any shadow boxing.
-Stretch
-After we’re done stretching we start of with submissions, reversals, takedowns, shit like that. After we done those drills we wrestle for 30 minutes. The workout takes about an hour)
-We're done
by the way in any MMA it doesn’t matter how big, how cut, or how strong you are
Have fun doin this shit I hope you got a bucket where you can puke in.

ya 4-5 years now. No fights yet, just training my ass off. I am ready but I want to make sure I make an impression on everyone watching so I can make it to the big show someday.
my training is basically as follows:
I am a student so right now this is my schedule....
I lift weights 6 days a week.
I do cardio 3 days a week.
I do kickboxing/karate 3 days a week.
I grapple 3 days week.
During the summer when school is out, I train for 6-8 hours a day, 5-6 days a week.
I focus on Goju-Ryu karate and American kickboxing with a little muay thai for striking.
I wrestle for takedowns and takedown defense.
And I work on submission wrestling and jiu jitsu for my ground game.
and I watch at least 1 hour of fight films a day, just watching different peoples techniques. I believe a smart fighter is a winning fighter.
My MMA journey.
