Can't go wrong with Ultra Whey Pro as a quality all-around protein. Real Gains is a great gainer that keeps the sugars to a minimum and the newer Pro and Oats is great for a protein/carb shake.

whats your goal spartan....many proteins serve man different purposes...if your bulking or gaining...than real gains or gain fast are great.....if your cutting...ultra iso whey is good as well....if you just want a solid powder than ultra whey pro, milk and egg, Max protein....cant go wrong with any as far as im concerned

Max is a great protein with everything you need, however, If you are looking for a good protein for a gaining phase, real Gains is awesome. Add it to your meals instead of replacing the meal. I can't say enough about it. Great product

Ultra whey pro, cheap and high quality. Ultra Iso Whey is good, but pricey.
