Alright fellas I have a show coming up on May 28th 2011 "Iowa Rock Solid". This contest prep of 9 nine weeks of straight HELL will test my strength and true potential. I will give 150% of what I got every day for this show. I need to redeem my self from the last one! Im going to try my hardest to post any videos I can to keep you guys updated.

My current meal plan for first two weeks: Meal 1: 50g protein 45g of carb
Meal 2: Same
Meal 3: Same
Meal 4: Same
Meal 5: Same
Meal 6: 50g protein with 8 almonds
Protein: Egg Whites and Chicken Brest
Carbs: White Rice, Oatmeal
Fats: Almonds
