How long does it take to get this strong without juice (not trying to say hes on juice).I know only the elite can get to this level and it taakes a shitload of hardwork and food but how long about ?Like 5 years or even longer ?

Probably more like 20 years. Ain't nobody breaking world bench press records with only 5 years of training. A lot of the strongest guys are in their 30's or higher and have been training since their teens.

There is no time frame. It all depends on how much you are willing to sacrifice to get yourself to the "elite" level. If you are only in the gym for 30-60 minutes 3-4 times a week, you aren't going to make it.

Intense work, volume and nutrition will build strength. No shortcuts. YOU alone have to find what it takes to put yourself at whatever level you're looking to achieve.

Sorry, but I hate that question. I will be 40 this May. I have been lifting since I was 12. I started competing when I was 15. I am 100 percent drug-free. I will take a test on any day and anytime. What do you mean to get this strong? I have many of my lifters lifting crazy weight for their age and weight class. If your talking about a 1000 pound bench. Well, it takes a long time, great training partners, and you have to be patient. Nothing happens over night. You have young lifters doing amazing numbers, because there are better training form, shirts, gear, and people know how to take care of themselves better.

I only bench one day a week, but the work out is 3 hours long. I might not train for a week or two after I go over 1000 in training. It takes a long time to recoop after that poundage. Your right 30-60 minutes is not going to cut it.

How much do you eat Tiny? Lifitng that much would stress your body which would recover from a lot of food.

Not even close to what you would think. I am always on the run. I am lucky to eat 3 times a day. And no I do not do buffets.

I usually do not get to eat till lunch and I will eat again around 6 or 7. I might eat again when I get home around 10, but I hate to eat before bed. Weekends, even harder. I am training clients all day.
