Ok so I have fell on hard time finacially and I have had to sacrifice some things like a gym membership which I hate. Well I have my diet in tact but the thing is I am going to be using my gym at my apartment building and the equipment is limited. I put my link to my flickr and hopefully ya'll can give me some advice on what kind of workout can I do in it. Thanks.

Damn, machines or not you're still pretty lucky bro. I have no gym membership, and because of how small our house is, and because of safety reasons (daredevil son with Autism) all I can have for equipment is a set of dumbbells, an EZ curl bar and reisitance bands. I've been able to build a seriuos amount of mass in the past three months with just that. So all you need to do is think about what you did in the gym, and figure a way to make this equipment work for you. Sometimes using machines for other than the obvious movements will give you great results. I'm sure you can come up with one hell of a training routine if you put your heart into it. Think about doing circuits, giant sets, super sets, and drop sets. If you've got only machines to work with these will be your best friends! Good luck bro and I can't wait to see what you come up with.

Figure out a way to keep the gym membership, cut out something else,it shouldnt cost u more than a dollar a day for a membership to a good gym.

buy a adjustable bench, a barbell, a 25lb and two 45lbs plates and your good, and just make a homemade rack to rack your barbell
sucks that youre financially strapped right now, but remember that youre not the only one. due to the economy most people have had to make sacrificies (i know i would sure as hell like to be buying a better brand of protein). you should consider yourself lucky though, looks like your apartment complex has a better facility than most. everyone has to do what they can with what theyve got. read as much as you can to find new exercises and be creative.
Believe it or not this might be one of the greatest things to happen to you with regards to your development.
For years I used 2 dumbells, 1 barbell and a properly old, knackered multigym in my garage.
From that, I built a physique that had people asking what gym I went to.
Finally I joined a gym, & when it's super busy in there, cos you're used to pretty much just using dumbells for virtually any bodypart, you've got a whole load of basic exercises that won't leave you waiting for equipment.
& when it's quiet, you're spoilt for choice. With dumbells, you're limited only by your imagination.

You've got so much at your disposal bro. It is all about how you view it and your frame of mind.
See this as a challenge, get innovative and make it work for you. Turn whatever you have access to into a fucking torture device, employing stuff like multiple grips, dropsets, negatives, etc.
Don't let this setback hold you back, use it to make yourself better.

Be creative: When I was REALLY broke, I useed a 70 lb tube of sand and clothesline rope as a curl bar for biceps. I've even filled Animal Pak cans with quick-crete with a wooden dowel between them and used them as dumbbells! And honestly, the extreme change to training sparked new growth. Good luck bro

This is a gym Cedric McMillan built from discarded wood and metal when he was deployed. So, it can be done under almost any circumstance.
You have machines, you'll be fine. Like was stated before, just make sure you use all kinds or rep schemes and weight variations. When my hand was injured, I did a sort of German Volume Training type of rep scheme using only machines for upper body (While dieting at the same time). I didn't lose any muscle.
I would even venture to say with that right diligence, you will gain muscle. So make the best of your situation. It might not be what you consider "hardcore," but screw that. Hardcore is relative to your circumstances and no one has the right to judge you on that.

Well said bro.
Have you worked out a new training routine yet, or are you still pondering the options?

Yeah got a new training program Im basically superseting everything in the gym. Going from one exercise to the next non-stop and that counts as one set every exercise I do will be doing 10-15 reps. on about 8 exercises
I saw a some dip bars, that's not too bad. see if you can get your hands on a cheap power rack and a bar with a few plates. I'm sure if you petition around the gym (unless its a ghost town) people might even chip in. Keep your head up brother and be creative!
