If theirs one thing Ive learned from bodybuilding, its to take pride in yourself. Don't be something your not. Ive said it before and I'll say it once again, this site, this forum is in my eyes my holy bible. I turn here for anything and everything. Motivation, advice, and tips. For they are as rich as a thousand kings. Being 6'4 255 lbs. and a stocky 21 year old i guess you can say i walk tall, but more importantly i walk proud. I went from being 6'2 210pound boy in his freshman year of college into the man i am today. I wake up put my xxl shirt and on it and let it drape over my bruised and battered body, i wake up smelling the iron, with my workout in mind i sit in class at my university all day, sucking down a gallon of water out of my jug. Gym bag around my waist as i roam the halls. Occasionally between classes hoping in the bathroom swallowing a pak, and later some cuts, and when night falls i fuel myself with some flex, essential to me because ive have 2 surgeries on my meniscus in my knee and they had repaired it and then since shaved some meniscus away because it was too battered and torn. I walk proud, i don't wear my emotions on my sleeves but people know it. Bodybuilding has transferred from some punk into a man. Now my journey may be dull, im not in this for contests maybe the occasional hometown gym powerlift meet but nothing special. Im laying my foundation to becoming a warrior with these goals in mind. 405 bench, 255x20 body weight reps 500lb squat, 700lb dead ift, and of course building a monstrous frame.
Currently
Bench: 385x1, 255x12
squat: 315x10 have maxed 405 once but haven't tried recently
Deadlift: 600 pr recently set on my samples of rage
So i commend my brothers out there who are on a journey as well, the road is long, and i prefer to chose the path less traveled because my brothers all though you may have thought you have failed you have taken that path that no ordinary man would travel, which when you meet the end of that road you will be twice the man you were before.
