Not being brand loyal in this, but jack3d is crap. Products like jack3d and 1mr & hemorage are bs because all they do is give you shit in your mind. Products like Shock actually are going to help you, physcially. Help you get more oxygen into the muscles, bringing in more nutrients. It's gonna help you get mental AND physcially ready for battle. And storm is about the best product out there for workout nutrition. Has everythign covered, plus different blends of creatine. It's about the best you'll get for an intra workout

You say supplements like jack3d give you shit in your mind? What are you implying? I believe that supplements like this give you the energy to fulfil the pontential you already have. I say this as i took jack3d on friday i was able to add an extra 10kg onto my squat, im not saying its the best supplement out there, im just saying it should'nt be disregarded by simply saying there "bs because all they do is give you shit in your mind".

My feeling on jack3d type products is would you rather get the mental benefits or get something thats going to really help produce a pump and vascular effects ONTOP of the mental push? I feel like jack3d and 1mr, etc, are best suited for power/olympic lifters, where brute strength is the most important factor.

You got me, i am a power/olympic lifter, however for me jack3d give me a really good pump, a supplement i would compare to ANIMAL PUMP. However i am currently waiting on ANIMAL RAGE being brought over from the states, really cant wait to try it along side PUMP.

Yup. Didn't mean for it come across that they are just shitty supplements in general, they do have their place. I just feel in building the best all around physique, there are better types of pre w.o out there.

Everyone, please refer to the rules

9) Conflicts of Interest...
The Forvm is a forum run by the brothers at Animalpak.com, a website dedicated to all things Animal. Animal is more than a lifestyle... It is a way of life, a relentless pursuit of iron. Yet Animal also represents a line of supplements--a solid fucking one at that. So understand that the "Packs" section will be devoted exclusively to Animal supplements. Now if you wanna talk about other supplements in general, post in the "Supplements 101" sub-section. But like we said before, this is a forum run by Animal. So we do not want to see the promotion of our competitors or their products. You can talk about supplements generally (creatine, whey protein, NO products), but not by specific name. We don't want this community filled up with reps or shills for other companies promoting their wares. At the same time, we will not condone the bashing of other companies, stores, or anything related to this industry. There will be no condescension, no talking down or berating. Treat all members with the utmost respect. Do not undermine the Animal brand, the marketing that supports it or sabotage directly or indirectly any business enterprises related to Universal Nutrition.

We can compare to other brands, but whenever I do I literally type that other "NO" or "nitrous" product or whatever the case may be. Personally I've been using Shock Therapy pre-workout and Storm postworkout for years and can't get enough. Now I'm running Rage instead of Shock Therapy and it feels even better.

Shock Therapy is a complete preWO product; stimulants, NO, creatine, etc. Storm is a creatine blend cell volumizer. Both are great products. If you want to use both, I'd say use ST preWO and use Storm postWO. That would give you roughly 8g creatine per day. Or, you can use ST preWO and then save Storm for off-days. Its up to you and how much creatine intake you're looking to get daily.

I am a shock therapy user and have had nothing but good results. Some other products out there make you feel stimmed ' ' out. Not Shock Therapy. Just the right amount of energy and pump. I recommend trying it.

Flavors for me:
#1- blue rasberry
2- citrus
3- fruit punch
4- grape.

I've been using Storm pre workout and Torrent post. So far I think I have reacted to Storm better than any other creatine product I've ever tried, and I have used a lot of them! For a long time I was under the impression that I was one of those "non-responders" to creatine, but Storm has boosted all of my lifts and helped my put on some good weight.
