Thank you Animal for choosing me! I will make this company proud and break through my lifts and obstacles that stand in front of me! As I post up the videos you will be seeing me in my pre contest phase for my show on May 28th. I cant back down from making those personal records. I need to give everything I got!

I just got the Rage in the mail from the PROMO. Today was Quads and Calves. This day was the most unleashed HELL in a gym I have ever done! I took the powder form and shot it down. I'm driving and I notice every dam crack on the street and all the grass hairs standing up. SHIT I WAS SO FOCUSED RIGHT NOW I COULD OF LIFTED A FRICKEN CAR OR SOMETHING! I did a few warm up sets with the hip adductor machine. Then immediately to the squat! A buddy of mine was squattin 245lb and I said, "I'll give it a try" I dont know how I did it but I got 5 deep deep ass reps! My buddy said, "How the Hell you go so low?" I said, "The Hell, I dont know." ANIMAL RAGE YOU COMPLETE ME. Here was the quad and calve workout.

1. Standing Smith Machine Calf Raises: 3 sets to failure
-superset with Seated Calf Raise 3 sets to failure
2. Barbell Front Squats: 4 sets 6-10 reps
-superset with Hack Squats 4 sets 6-10 reps
3. Leg Press: 5 sets 8-10 reps
4. Seated Calf Extensions: 3 sets to failure
-superset with standing body weight calf raises (really slow)
5. Leg Extensions: 3 sets 12-15 reps
-super set with Walking Lunges 3 sets 12-15 reps each leg.

I know there are a lot of supersets but thats the only way I know how to train. Its the way I have always trained and made such great improvements so fast. Im going to be putting up a few videos next week about who "I" am and what being part the Animal and Universal Family means to me. I will also let you guys know how I look being 5 weeks out from my show. BROTHAS! THE NASH IS OUT!!!

Damn you're looking strong man. Solid numbers for being "precontest". Keep it up. I can't wait to see where the Rage takes you.

This is my first video log with my camera and its about who I am and my thought on life and bodybuilding and goal setting. I also posted my bench video for my PR from winning the promo of Rage. My original lift was 225lb and now its 235lb. I am currently 3 weeks out from the NPC Iowa Rock Solid bodybuidling competition. Here is the link to my videos. I will post up more videos throughout the next two to three weeks of the entire workouts but I will do a lot of voice overs for them.
