Something my Nan used to make when i was a child. Ive doubled the surviving size.

2 slices of wholewheat/ rye toast
2 whole eggs (med or large)
4 slices of deli ham (chicken, turkey, beef etc)
4 slices of full fat/low fat mature chedder or similar cheese.

Place the slices of bread under a medium/ hot grill and toast until one side is done, while the bread is toasted, poach/boil, fry the eggs to youre liking *nb if you boil them you'll need to hard boil, then shell and slice so poaching/frying is easier/quicker), once one side of the bread is toasted top each slice with two slices of deli meat, then an egg, followed by two slices of cheese, pop back under the grill until the cheese has melted and the bread is toasted.

Serve and enjoy!

Peace

SKAR!

Ive def. made similar things to this, I usually keep my egg yolks soft and gooey which we call sunny side up, then the goo runs all over the bread and I dip it.

try that somtime, it looks like snot but is awesome!

Def a win. I usually use 2 kinds of meat too.
