Sup brothers,

Im here in Afghanistan since December, and coming back home this July. I did a bulk program since that day, but now im ready for a cut program before i get home. Need your help on that one: sets / reps.

Here the shit i got here: Flat bench press, incline bench press, straight bar, EZ bar, dumbbells, leg press machine & leg curl machine.

How ur split and numbers looks like now?

No matter if it's bulk or a cut you lift heavy...I would keep the reps between 10-12 for upper body and 10-15 for lower body. Keep rest to between 30-60 seconds between sets and then focus on some cardio and diet...post up what your current diet and training split looks like and we can go off of that.

Just like mentioned already, cutting is a dietary task, way more than seeking an answer with a training plan. I recently cut from 205 to 170 for my first show. I could not lift as much (esp with deads and squats) on a lower calorie diet with a smaller frame, but I ALWAYS lifting as much as I could without sacrificing form. All roads lead to Rome: Meaning hard training with any split will work. The diet is what makes the difference between cutting or bulking. Props for lifting on deployment!

Its the diet that cuts you up, but there are several way in enhancing natural growth hormone in the body which is responsible for getting shrreded!

1) low rest time between for example try Crazy 8's, its 8 sets 8 reps with only 20 sec rest in between, ever since doing this ive been getting way leaner and still growing bigger and stronger

2) rest pause sets to 20, this is killer, for example squats, you fail at 14.....deep breaths until you reach 20....you tough enough?

3) training on a empty stomach is also a great idea, most will say your in a catabolic state, theres research on this on how training in a temporary fast keeps you anabolic, burning fat and burning muscle, i know some of you may not believe it because most of us are meatheads lol!!!! but im a living testiment to this, it works....p.s.....stay hydrated!

4) a zma based product like Animal PM will def enhance your body's fat burning ability and muscle growth

5) PM cardio, after dinner has been shown to improve digestion, regulate metabolism, and a much steady release of gh during sleep

Meal 1:
8 eggs & 1/2 cup oatmeal

Meal 2:
1 can of tuna & 1 apple

Meal 3:
10 oz if chicken or steak, broccoli or green vegesteble & 1/2 can of cottage cheese

Gym

Meal 4:
4 eggs, protein shake

Meal 5:
8 oz chicken or steak, broccoli or green vegestable & 1/2 can of cottage cheese

Meal 6:
protein shake

With this diet i take cuts, pak, pump, stak and nitro.

This is the best diet i think, im i nafghanstan and i dont have all the food that i need. When im in m home, i have a better diet.

And here my bulk program

Day 1 - Chest & Abs:
Flat bench press: 8 - 6 - 4 - 4
Incline bench press: 8 - 6 - 4 - 4
Pull over: 8 - 6 - 4
Incline fly: 3 x 8
Cross over: 3 x 8

Day 2 - Biceps & Triceps:
Bar curl: 10 - 8 - 6 - 6
EZ bar curl: 10 - 8 - 6 - 6
Alternanting dumbell: 10 - 8 - 6
Hummer curl: 10 - 8 - 6
Bench close grip: 10 - 8 - 6 - 6
Push down: 10 - 8 - 6 - 6
Skull crush: 10 - 8 - 6 - 6

Day 3 - Off!

Day 4 - Shoulders & Abs
Shoulder press: 10 - 8 - 6 - 6
shoulder fly: 10 - 8 - 6

No Problem about the language Bro, All that matters is we get what u r saying.

One thing I get in your training is that u have same scheme for every type of movement, U should change that scheme, like u r doing reps : 10, 8, 6, 6 that's good, but don't just keep this for every movement, change it time to time and don't even keep the same scheme for every exercise u do.


Don't u do cardio? Cardio is necessary for cutting, add it in ur program and keep the volume of exercises high and weight low if u want to. And I think ur diet is good, others might give u some heads up on ur diet.

Yeah i do some cardio, 3 days a week, 30 min...

This program was for bulking, thats why i used the 10 - 8 - 6 - 6 (is that good?) for mass. Now for my new program should i go between 15 and 12 reps? or 15 and 10?

For my diet like a said, this is the best i can do, im here in afghanistan so i dont have all the food i want...

Now i just want to cut for the summer time when i get back home this july, after that, i would prepare for my first freak show (regional amateur) in december, so i have 6 month for bulk again and cut hard.

For me is an honor to represent the Animal line in Canada, since i take Animal supps and eat well, my body change like crazy. Now after 2 year i gain a lot of mass, thats funny cause some friends think im in juce lol! Happy to tell them that i only eat clean and take Animal supps!
