I start today!!
My current lifts are:
Deadlift is 315 for 8.
Squat is 300 for 6-8
Bench is 185 for 6

I know, I know...It's stereotypical: but today is Chest.

I officially hate Animal.
I do.
I am (after ONE freaking day) Caught in a moral debate within my own consciousness. Do I promote a product that CLEARLY deserves promoting? OR do I say forget the others, I'm keeping this potent secret to myself?!
This product is Crazy. Well done, Animal. Honestly, I knew it would be good. BUT- that was the bet chest workout that I've ever had.

Today's chest Workout
Incline:: 115 for 15. 135 for 12. 155 for 8. 155 for 10. 175 for 6. 185 for 4. Burnout on 135.
Flat Bench:: 135 (lightest it has ever felt. EVER.) for 15. 155 for 12. 175 for 10. 185 for 6. 175 for 8. 135 (Restpause) for 30.
PecDeck::85 for 20. 115 for 115. 150 for 8. 150 for 10. 8 Forced Negatives with 150.
-SUPERSET W/-
Dips 4 sets of 12 and 1 set of 10.

Close grip bench:: 3 sets of 95 for 15. 3 sets of 135 for 12

10 second Dips:: 5 sets of 10.
Great energy the entire time. I don't have a spotter during the summer, yet I felt extreme confidence in my lifts. Normally, without someone there (even though it's WAY "lightweight baby,") I couldn't have done this. I wouldn't even go to 185. 185 for 6-8 is my best (pathetic) bench WITH a spotter, so I definitely see this as an improvement. Rage is stupid good. I'm looking forward to the rest of my results!
Nice workout man. I understand the dilema that Animal and Universal puts you in. I always wonder if I should tell people about Pak, Uni-Liver, Rage, etc. If I keep them all to myself, no one will put on the size like I do, but they're all such great products that I want everyone to know about them! You're right, it does suck. lol

DAY 2
BACK DAY-
Rage proves itself yet again.
I warmed up with 8 sets of pull ups/ 5 sets of negatives (still pullups)
T-bar rows:: 1 plate for 15 reps. 2 plates for 15 reps. 3 plates for 12. 4 plates (never done this!) for 8! 2X
Deadlift:: 135 for 12. 225 for 12. 315 for 10, 10, 10. 345 for 8 (partials) Consider that PR busted. STRAIGHT Busted.
Bent Over Rows:: 135 for 12. 155 for 10. 175 for 9. 185 for 6 (form a little sloppy).
Pullups/ chinups (and stretching) 5 sets.
Rage proves itself on day ONE and TWO. That's not real. I don't understand why we didn't have this years ago.
Rage is an awesome thing! way to power through it.

Okay, I've had a super hectic time at work, so I couldn't post as I would've liked to...But I can now.
Shoulders (which I'm doing again today...)
Standing behind the neck press:: 95 for 15 reps, 115 for 112, 135 for 10 (3X), 155 for 6 (2X)
Seated shoulder barbell press:: 135 for 11 (2X), 155 for 7-8 (2X), 175 for 5, 135 for 10
Wide grip Upright Row:: 95 for 20 reps, 115 for 12, 135 for 12 (4X) (I was afraid if I went higher that my form would go)
Lateral raises with 25 lb plates 12 reps 4 times, 10 reps 2x, then 2 sets of 5 rep negatives
Shrug:: 135 for 15, 225 for 15, 315 for 8 (3x), 225 for 10
Legs
Unfortunately, I had major difficulties on this day and the only thing available to me was the squat rack- SO...I did squats and romanian deads.
Squat:: 12 sets
135:: 15 (2x), 185::12, 225::10 (3x), 275::8 (2x), 135::20, 135:: 25.
Romanian dead:: 10 sets
135:: 15 (5), 155:: 10 (5)
(for romanians, I feel that I don't feel it in my hams as much, so I try to keep the weight moderate)

Good day. I pushed it.
Incline hammer:: 120 for 15 (2x), 140 for 10 (2x), 160 for 8(2x) [Last three sets finished with partials and final w/ neg.]
Incline flyes:: 40lb dumbbells for 15 reps, 50 lb dumbbells for 12 (2x), 60 lb dumbbells for 8 (3x) (drop sets to 40's)
Flat machine (Benches weren't open! IT'S MONDAY!!!) 175 for 12 reps (2x), 190 for 10 reps, 205 for 6 reps (3x), then . I did negatives on 235 for 6 reps, twice (after each neg. set- i burned out on weight I could handle).
Cable crossover:: (strict form) 60's for 12 reps (5X)
Close grip bench:: 115 for 25 reps, 135 for 12 (4x), 155 for 10 (2x)
Cable pushdowns::120 lbs for 15 reps (2x), 130 lbs for 12 reps, 150 lbs for 8 (2x), 120 for 10.
Dips:: 8 sets of dips (10-15 reps)
I felt good but have a confession to make...I took more than the recommended dosage...it was 2 scoops. : / sorry...
I was just so excited- I fell into temptation.

Pullups:: 8 sets of 6-12 (toward the end, I got tired hahaha)
Bent over Rows:: 135 for 12 reps (2x), 155 for 10 (2x), 175 for 8 (2x), 135 for 15

This is the most energy, I've ever felt from Rage.
I started with handstand pushups (against wall) 4 sets of 8
Stand shoulder press:: 95 for 12, 115 for 10, 135 for 10 (3X)
Seated barbell press:: 135 for 12 (3x), 155 for 9-10 (3x), 175 for 7 (2x) 155 for 11
Dumbbell lat raise:: 25's for 15, 30's for 12, 35's for 12, 40's for 10, 45's for 7, 30's for 12 (2x)
Upright row dropset:: 135 for 12---->115 for 10---->95 for 6
Shrug:: 135 for 15 (2x), 225 for 10 (3x), 315 (kinda sloppy form) for 8-10 (2x), 225 for 12
Woke up this morning (27th) and my traps are KILLING. Good focused shrugs do what they need to!

I'm hitting arms tonight (as I try to hit them as a whole once a week).
Mon- chest/tri
Tues- Back/bi
Wed- Hams (USUALLY)...but i've made some slight changes as of lately
Thurs- Delts
Fri- Arms
Saturday- Quads
Sun- Rest
Now we test the pump, as arm workouts are generally the ones in which the pump is measured. I am really hoping to gain some size on my arms during this trial.
P.S. You think I should shift my schedule to hit Chest on mon and on thurs (as it is the lift I'm trying to improve)? Or leave it as is?

I've had several improvements thus far.
First, my focus is very intense. Everytime I even see my Rage container, I get motivated to kill in the gym.
I took yesterday off because my body needed a break. I am, however, now quite refreshed and can handle an excruciating back day.
I KNOW my deadlift has gone up. I plan on pushing it even further tonight. Right now my PR is probably 345 for 6? 8?
Something in that area. I want to push that a lot further. I don't know how bold I'm getting, but I know that I WILL bust my PR tonight.
My bench has gone up as well! I've been strongly focusing on negatives. Rage has given me definite size change and more strength. I have yet to go heavy, heavy BUT I just did close grip bench for tri's yesterday and had 185 on the bar for 6-8. So, I know it's time to get heavier on bench. Hopefully this week, I can get a spotter/ training partner- so I can drop some extra weight!

I know it's been a while since I've posted but I didn't want to hit up the thread until I made some improvements...And I have.
Deadlift:: 405 for 6 (THIS made Rage worth it in itself. (These are Dorian style deads. Not from the floor.)
Squat:: 315 for 12 (This isn't a great improvement but the looks of it, but the squats have more feeling and are deeper)
Bench:: Still having trouble but I am working very hard to bring it up! (I've been hitting negatives with 225-235 for several sets each chest workout.) Progress is definitely being made.

Also, my weight has gone up.
I started at about 187 and I'm around 193, now.
glad you are making progress.... i feel ya on the chest work.. my worst lift.

All of my lifts went up.
Final Summation::
Rage does exactly what Animal says it will. I am pretty blown away. I'm going to start my second tub very, very soon.
I didn't reach my chest goal, however, it is thicker and I've become better at training it- it's weakness was (most likely) a training flaw on my part.
