Henry Thomason is one of the best squatters around right now. He's done great in multi-ply, then switched to single-ply and has put up several 1000+ lb squats there already. Now last weekend he decides to do a meet on a whim and squats 854 raw, 948 raw with wraps and 1041 single-ply in the same damn meet! That is incredible.

wow, impressive lifts. Nice squat depth with no bouncing either. The bench looked a little sketchy to me, like he could do a lot more weight if it didn't wobble so much and he seemed to spend a lot of energy lowering it the way he did. But who am I to criticize, his squat and bench are more than all 3 of my lifts.

Fantastic Squats, he has to be loosing alot of energy searching for depth that slowly.

Pretty legit. That bench was kinda debatable though. And though powerlifting is awesome, its the lean wolf that leads the pack.

Ya boi

The lean wolf got that way because he is starving to death because he can't hang with the big wolves.

Wow, 2346 in single ply with a token deadlift? He is a monster. Those were some awesome squats as well, the fact that he walked it out when he had the option to use a monolift is even more impressive.

In the words of Chris Farley: holy shnikes! thats pretty absurd! did he just change for easch attempt or did he have to warm up separately?

I agree, I've heard people say they can't get use to a monolift because it's hard to get the back tight without walking the weight. I don't understand that, I just squeeze with bar with my hands and squeeze my lats together, but what do I know compared to this monster lol
