My diet consists mostly of (shit never changes out here) :
4-6 oz grilled boneless chicken breasts,
rice,
broccolli,
corn,
green beans,
succotash,
sweet potatoes,
cauliflower,
carrots,
apples
bananas
plums
those chicken breasts in a soft shell taco with beans rice and salsa,
chili with those chicken breasts,
pasta and tomato + meat sauce with those chicken breasts,
ids pro whey protein shakes,
optimum casein,
scrambled eggs with ham and cheese on english muffins with sausage,
oatmeal,
fruit juice packs,
2% milk,
kashi cereal go lean / heart to heart,
sugar free rip its no more than two in a day,
creatine, glutamine, fish oil, vitamins, glucosamine chondroitin, livercare, jack3d sometimes pre workout,
and every now and again a steak or some ham or some pork or meatballs if they have it and it tastes worth a shit. most of the other meats out here taste like shit and chicken breast is always on deck though I do need to get more red meat in for sure.


What do ya think pretty clean huh.
Right now i'm eating 4 times a day 2 protein shakes during the day and one in the middle of the night ( casein)
I eat rice with my last 3 meals of the day unless they have sweet potatoes or potatoes on deck and one of the veggies usually wit every meal. and also my last 3 meals consist of two of those 4 -6 oz chicken breasts for every meal.

Overall pretty hooked up and good to go out here.

Shit. My deployment diet was oatmeal or uncle bens minute rice, and protein shakes. We didnt have shit there. You got quite the menu there, lucky lol

Yeah, definitely hooked up out here. Feel blessed for sure. Not taking anything for granted.
