yo guys ive been training with a split for some time now but i want to go back to a fullbody workout.
i put something together and would like to hear your opinion about it..

Workout A
Squats 4 sets
(Weighted) Chins 4 sets
Benchpress 4 sets
Barbell Curls 3 sets
Standing calve raises 3 sets

Workout B
Deads 4 sets
(Weighted) Chins 4 sets
MP 4 sets
(Weighted) Dips 3 sets
Seated calve raises 3 sets

if I feel like doing more reps I will do more reps and if not ill keep it around 5 reps per set.

I go to the gym 3 times a week. So the week will be like: week 1 ABA, week 2: BAB etc

Throw barbell rows in there instead of chins on the workout b.

I recently started to love chinning.. So you think I could also add the rows and keep the chins aswell or do you think that would be to much?

Work it out for some time and see how it goes and then post it up here....

train with your brain, not heart. often times its the shit you hate that give the most gains.

squatting and deads with that amount of weekly volume can run you in the ground. id limit the deadlifts to 2 sets at most. ...working sets that is.
