Consistency is everything in Bodybuilding. Training, eating and sleeping, they all require it in abundance. Consistency is both your friend and foe in this lifestyle. It can be your friend when you are lacking structure and focus but it can also be your foe, when you are being chased down by its family member, Monotony.

In my early days of getting to grips with my diet, I really struggled. Getting those required, calories down me each day, was mental, not to mention, physical torture. Its real hard when your continually, chewing clean food. The consistency of false feed myself used to even give me panic attacks. Sometimes, I used to feel like the routine of eating was literally, crushing me. I used to feel trapped because I knew it was something that I was gonna have to learn to deal with, if I was to ever build a body, worthy of idolization.

Good news is. It dose get easier, your get to the point where you just think, fuck it and grab yourself a large jug water.

THAT'S WHEN IT GETS ALL GRAVY...
