whats up fellas? been on the forvm for a while with the occasional post but mostly just reading. ive done this mainly due to my condition and just plain imbarresed of how out of health ive let myself become! a quick rundown, i was a healthy 240lbs when i got married 15 years ago. i allowed myself to get to 453lbs and close to dead. i have been diagnosed with mesotheilioma(sp), in addition to being hospitalized in a motorcycle crash that my family was told that i wouldnt survive. well im still here!! being hospitalised is when my weight blew up and fast!. anyhow, im here. im working hard and am down to 385 and am not looking back. i have a beautiful wife and a 12 year old son to live for. i have always loved the iron just lost touch with it through some bad times. here is my journey back to the old me(240-260lbs) thanks for reading, bigdog
