125lbs. I'm 5'6 and fairly skinny. I've managed to keep about 10lbs on me from last years weightlifting.

NOTE: getting on the scale over Christmas break and realizing i'd lost 10lbs pissed me off!

BOTTOM LINE: I'm ready to step it up and be accountable for my body. I had wrestled for one of the best high school teams in Michigan for 3 years. I was small, but in great shape. Two years of college and that went away. It started last summer, I WILL put my body into the best shape it has ever been. It should be a damned temple and even though i'm a information systems major, I'm making sure that my body is in the best damned shape it can be.

Main Goal: GAIN MASS! (20lbs by April 30th, 2007)
Objective: My goal will be split up into simple segments. 5lbs a month about 1.5lbs a week. Right now the target end will be the end of the Winter Semester which will be the end of April. The potential gain for the year should be 60lbs! (5lbs x 12months = 60lbs!)

I was right where you are in July of 06'. I'm a wreslter myself and after last years season I didn't play lacrosse just so I could lift.. I was about 5'5'' and 125lbs, 6 months later after a longated virus i had for 2 weeks and losing almost 8 lbs from it I'm back to where I should of been at 145 lbs solid as of last week with only 8 % bodyfat, I'm also only 5'6''. Your goals are definetly attainable..

Remember to eat until you cannot eat anymore n then force sum food down after that, you may also want to look into getting some real gains to help get in even more calories. At 125 you wont need much to grow so get used to having a fork permanently attatched to your hand if ya wanna be huge.

I was a wreslter also,152 was my weight class. That was hummmmm.......ouch that was a long time ago.
Anyway I'm around 300lbs today. The best advice I can give you is to eat by the clock.Don't stuff yourself early in the day and not want to eat for a long time. But eat every 3 hrs all day.Try to add things with a lot of calories as snacks ...like nuts, peanut butter,icecream.....

Eating is the key. Always has been, always will be. Don’t care how hard ya train or what you take. The difference between the freaks and the flock is the fucking fork. Keep shoveling in the good stuff, day and night for years on end…This is the most arduous of a bodybuilder’s undertakings. It is also the most crucial. To eat like a man…This is your mission if you have the nutsack to accept it.

Those are G-Diesel's words and they ring so true.

I know from experience that you have to eat beyond what you thought you could in order to pack on the size. Eat up & good luck!

Bro, You should keep a log of all your daily food intake so you have a record of what you actually are eating throughout the day written down in public. this will help you tremendously and everyone here will be able to give you some solid advice on wether you are eating enough or enough of the right stuff.

If you do that I forsee some major gains in your future.

hey, if your tuna start to become bit bland, try mixing 2tbls spoons of shredded pineapple into it (helps with the sweet tooth).
Mixing in a shredded apple into your tuna makes a nice meal too.

Let's just say life happened. Something like 10 months since the last post in this thread. I've gotten bigger, stronger definitely.

I'll leave it at life happened. And it's still happening. I'm overcoming.

This past summer I came across a Chinese Proverb...
"If you must play, decide upon three things at the start: the rules of the game, the stakes, and the quitting time."

School and working out. Those are my two main stays right now. Two weeks until exams. Two weeks until Detroit ABC Event.

a buck twenty-five was just a starting point :-)

Looking good here! Give us an update on your current weight and such :)

Weight as of last night 136, this morning 134. It's right around 135 so far. I'm hoping to be consistently up to 140 by the new year. The holidays should make it easy :-D I'm currently lifting 3-4 days a week, and playing hockey one night a week... I'll actually be taking "Weight Training" next semester so i'll be getting in the gym more and i'll have a definite attack plan (Plus new Animal Supplement Plan, news on that later).

Yeah. So it's been frigid and it's snowing today. Everyone's pissing and moaning about it. "it's getting darker earlier", "it's so cold." I love this weather. Maybe it's the fact that my body recognizes it as what has always been wrestling season? My take is the following:

People put away the beach bodies and bundle up. Bears hibernate. I relish the fact that I can take my time to get bigger, stronger, and and improve myself. This isn't the off season, this is the time to take action.

So i guess Grand Valley is one game away from the national championship? I don't know? They've lost one game the entire time i've got here. So yeah I go to the rec at like 2:30 and its impossible to find a parking spot. So i finally find one... and the gym is damn near empty. This is good, this is VERY good. That means i can get my lift done and get out.

So today i weighed in at 134 when i woke up. I've got German Volume Training on the brain so here's today's lifts

Hunter S. Thompson is easily one of my favorite authors. Now that man had lived with the Hell's Angels for about an year and written about them in his novel "Hell's Angels".

Now i'm wondering what the man would write if he were to live and try with and try to emulate the life of Wrath, or Machine, or House for a year. What type of transformation would that man endure?

Just a bit of food for thought.

Entropy: A measure of the disorder or randomness in a closed system. or The tendency for all matter and energy in the universe to evolve toward a state of inert uniformity.

Entropy's a bitch. It leaves you with only two options, self decay or self improvement. I'll choose the latter.

Great workout today with rcrott1 & R.Bearse1.

Definitly powered through more iron than I had ever considered attempting today. I'm greatful for that. My body's feeling good, and the holiday break was good. I wouldn't really know much about new maxs, however today I was putting up more with assistance than i'd considered putting up.

Great day overall.

Now i'm just waiting on my order of M-Stack, Torrent, & Pump to come in. I'm thinking i've got some great gains in store for January.

Ok, so I'm heading back to school tomorrow. I'll be starting the new semester and new stack on the 7th.

Did a bit of research (diggin in the forvm) on torrent and pump, and found this gem from Tiny (http://forum.animalpak.com/showpost.php?p=248958&postcount=70)

Based on that bit of information I'm thinking about doing the following with the M-Stak:

Pump: 1HR pre-workout
M-Stak: 30 mins pre-workout
Torrent: sip during workout (see article cited above)
Real Gains: PWO

M-Stak nutrition aside, 'm looking at
300cals and 20g of protein during the workout from Torrent
~500cals and 37g of protein PWO
(normally i use 2.5 to 3 scoops of RG at a time)

So that should give me the pump, followed by the workout and having about 800calories and 50-60g of protein pushed out to my muscles within about 2-3 hours of taking pump.

(Well today by technicality, starting tomorrow evening really)

I've finally got the stack in the mail and here's a picture of it all

I'll be modifying my current routine so that I'll be using Training Routine #2 (http://www.animalpak.com/html/article_details.cfm?ID=45&section=training%0A) for the next 3 weeks.

Now, snack time before bed :-D

Note: Drinking torrent while lifting is a bit too much for the stomach. Kept it down, but thought i was gonna vomit a few times. We'll keep the Torrent for PWO from now on.

Pretty much right on Lion. My weight generally fluctuates around 3lbs a day, and i'll take as much of a kick start from the M Stak as i can get.

Also over the past week i've taken up the past time of eating because i've got nothing better to do :-D

Honestly I've made bigger mistakes than ones that cost me about $27. However I will say that I'm not a fast believer in content posted in forums, so (and i'm not doing this yet) I wouldn't consider recommending M Stak to someone until I've seen it work for me.
