I am really not sure. Each time I pull I get better. I was close with 656, but 675 just slightly left the floor. Right now I would say 635-656.

No, straight raw. I am weighting 315-317. I pulled one week with gripper knee wraps and this week without. As long as my hands feel okay, then I should do good. I don't plan on doing 3 bench attempts at this meet. Saving up for the big one. Just want to have fun and break some new records next week.

Many don't know that I did lift or compete in all three back in the days. I was in 3 car accidents, hit from behind in all three. That put a end to my squat career. I tried to make a return about 7 years ago, but I hurt my back again. I live in the Chiropractor's office. Not as much these days, but I will not try to squat again.

I didn't know about the accidents Tiny, inspires me to let this ligament/tendon injury to my right leg heal properly before I train legs again.

Congrats on the lift brother, I am confident you will shatter that 700 mark with that kind of determination.

Thank you. Yes, listen to your body. Once you do return, just take it slow.

I didn't know that you did full meets, that sucks about the car accident.

My chiro is one of my best friend's as well, he is also certified in ART

My Chiro is awesome, but I have to be honest. Once I found a good massage person, instead of going 2 to 3 times a week to the Chiro, now I only go a couple times a month. I get a massage every other week or once a month.
