Im on my 2nd week of it and mad my fuckin body is sore but feeling everything their is for growth!!! The moves are unreal and the rest periods are brief. When it's time to go to work,no shortscuts, no excuses!!! This is hell!! Im loving it!! Now after the 12wks of hell there should be a 4month cut cycle for get ripped and ready for "showtime"!! Hell yeah!!!!! To all who want to get at me with your experiences;do so at @rafmorris37(twitter). Point me to the power supps. I need a change from the normal to the inhuman!!!
