Okay.. maybe it's here but I didn't have time to look.. so my apologies.

I'm looking for a GOOD recipe for protein pancakes... something that won't rot my stomach! I want a quick meal and I've heard that this is a good idea.

Let me know.

No prob, there is also a thread called "pb pancakes". i'm sure you can just adjust the recipe to your likes, taste and/or goals by adding in the protein you'd like.

I've been making protein pancakes for years. My 4 year old daughter and step son both love 'em. I call them "Special Pancakes" and they ask for 'em by name on the weekends.

heres my pancake recipe Im sure its the same as most of the other ones but Ill post it anyway. 1/2 oats, 5 egg whites, 1 egg, half scoop cookies and cream whey protein powder, splenda, and a tablespoon of vanilla extract. Just put it all in a bowl mix it up then cook. I use it to make 2 pancakes. Add sugar free syrup and you are good to go. adjust based on how many calories your looking for they taste great

OATMEAL PANCAKES:

1 cup raw oats
1-2 scoop protein powder
3 egg whites
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 packets sweetener
1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Then pour onto a hot grill and cook like a normal pancake. An optional addition is to add some frozen fruit after the batter is blended.

I once ate these on a bulk, and instead of using milk used water, but good god it felt like a dirty bulk to me they were so damn good. If anyone else out there is a pancake and breakfast fan like I am (and could easily put away 20 pancakes at IHOP), then this is a MUST TRY. Once again, thanks Toni, you da WOman!
