I was just curious how eating works at the O. Last year a friend of mine went and said he pretty much only ate protein bars and shakes all day which would most likely kill me. Are coolers allowed in? Do most guys leave and eat and then come back? Am I going to live off Unisyn and Pro & Oats?

On the main floor before the entrance, there's a food court with salads, sandwiches, and crap food as well. Plan on bringing a good deal of money because the prices are high for that. I would caution against taking thirty different shots of NO for the reason of various supplement interaction, but that's why free samples are always collectable! Tip - go on the last day, that's when they give everything out!

Theres a good food court up a little ways towards the hotel, in addition to the small wraps/salads/sandwiches right immediately outside of the expo hall. Bars, shakes, cold chicken/steak, is usually how i get through the hours.

Eat a solid breakfast at the hotel, go to expo, have a light shake, hit up the food court for a solid lunch, have another shake, then head home for dinner. That's how I usually roll.

They allow backpacks, duffles, etc., but not too sure about coolers, unless you're working a booth. Even so, you're arms are gonna get tired caring it around, along with the expo bags. I suggest that if it's a small enough cooler, stick it in a dufflebag and throw it over your shoulder.....

For anyone going to the actual show, or who'll be at The Orleans otherwise, I highly recommend the prime rib dip sandwich at the 24-hour Courtyard Cafe there. Fresh actual prime rib sliced deli thin and served on a French roll with au jus on the side. Fantastic.

I'm gonna hit up in and out burger and bring literally 10 burgers a day to the cage with me. They have all the essentials protein, carbs, fats. Lol
