OK....im kinda glad the ARNOLD is behind me now.
I have more than 19 weeks before the Masters Nationals, and after winning my weight class in the Jr USA, Jr Nationals and the USA Bodybuilding championships....and taking, 13th, 6th, 6th, 5th, 5th, 4th, 3rd, 3rd, and 5th at 9 npc nationals, im training to turn pro on July 21st.
I will not come on the boards here all that much anymore, its time to get focused, and being on these boards distracts me.
i'll check PM's from time to time....it's time to turn it UP

You know I always wish you the best..I think your awesome and just an all-around amazing person. You have an extraordinary physique combined with incredible motivation, determination and discipline that is highly admirable. I know you will give it your all and have the crowd and judges in complete awe when they see you up there on that stage.

thanks guys.....just wanted to clear something up, i meant i wasn't going to be here as much, not meaing not at all.
with a full time business and the diet, and training....im a typical guy, cant multi task...lol
